Assemble the Two outside rows of 5 smaller squares.Assemble the Top and Bottom rows of 3 smaller squares.
Sew the Top and Bottom rows to the center. Make sure you line up the center seams. 
Next sew on the side rows. Pin carefully. 
Make sure points are lining up as you go.

I have to admit I am not very happy with this block. I have some points not lined up as well as I would like them and the outside rows seem to be bowing out.
