Drunkards Path marking and pinning

For any drunkards path variation you will mark and cut 16 of each of the two templates. Which fabric you cut for those pieces are will be according to your variation choice. For ease in explaining this I will call the fabric cut from the
Larger Template "Fabric A"
and the fabric cut from the
Small Template "Fabric B"
Once you have all the 16 Pieces of Fabric A and B cut out then Mark them in the center where you marked the templates. Don't go beyond the 1/4 inch seam allowance.

Then clip all the Fabric A pieces on the curved edges. Only clip in about 1/8 of an inch.

Next lay Fabric B on Fabric A right sides together. Match up the marks in the center and make sure the squared edges look squared up with each other even though they are not the same size.
Pin where the marks are first. Put the pin close to the edge and just about where the 1/4" seam will run along.
Pull Fabric A until the edge meets Fabric B's edge and pin in place. You will be using a lot of pins for this small bit of fabric.
