Each small block should lay flat. If you have a block that is not then you need to fix it. My block above has to be fixed on 2 seams because it looks very wavy. One seam I am able to press from the front to show me where the new stitching should be. I simply add some stitches next to the stitches already in place. The second seam I have to pick out half way and resew.
Then the block lays flat as it should.
The Center Point of the two, three, two layout of the tumbling Blocks is different from the one, two, three layout. See the picture above showing the center point for the 2,3,2.
