No, the sink is not part of the quilt!OK...I am so happy that this is assembled!!!!!
I ended up doing four applique blocks to surround my center block. I really like the way they look but I will tell you that besides the Ring of Hearts applique, I spent at least four hours on each of the other 3 applique blocks.
The assembly On Point didn't take me any longer to sew together but doing a queen size quilt top took at least 6 hours to lay out and sew together. (Probably closer to 9). The posts added sewing time and became a bit of frustration trying to get them lined up exactly.
