Once you have cut your fabric and marked the points on all the block pieces then lay the pieces out next to your machine.
You will start with the star points. Pin the points using the Point-to-Point method. Make sure your fabric is also lining up well. Sew Sew Point-to-Point. I am sewing the two together that meet on the seam where the tip of a triangle will be.
Press the seams open and don't trim any fabric off.
Lay the star points back in place.
Each section of star points has a triangle that gets sewn on next.
